“Dad. Can we go with you to the store?” asked Mack.

“I gotta think about it. The last time y’all went with me, y’all asked questions the whole time: ‘Where are we going next?’, ‘Can we go here?’, and ‘When are we going home?’ I do not want to deal with that again.” replied Dad.

“OK. OK. We will stay home this time. BUT here is some money so you can buy me some Stickymon cards.” said Cheese.

“And can you grab me a pack of watermelon bubble gum? Here’s $3.” added Mack.

Dad stuffed the money into his front pocket and disappeared into the garage.

“Man it has been a while since I have baked something, Mack.” said Cheese. “Come on, bro. Let’s look through the pantry and the fridge to see what I can bake.”

Mack and Cheese found some flour, oatmeal, sugar, butter, raisins, and milk.

“Looks like we will be making some oatmeal raisin cookies.” said Cheese.

“WE? We? Ain’t no we! I don’t want to bake cookies. I don’t even like oatmeal raisin cookies. AND you haven’t even asked Mom yet and don’t you need eggs to make cookies? We ain’t got none!” Mack said.

Cheese thought, “Hmmm. Good points!”
